——More cost-effective than altitude simulation environment warehouses.

The altitude simulation system of ETC is a uniquely designed environmental simulation system that can accurately simulate the intake and exhaust altitude conditions of the tested engine. The altitude simulation system consists of an intake unit and a pressure control unit. The intake unit provides precise control of the ambient air, while the pressure control unit controls the pressure drop of the engine intake through the use of valves and a vacuum blower system. These depressurization conditions can also be used for engine exhaust, providing a more cost-effective solution for your altitude simulation testing.

ETC's altitude simulation system is more cost-effective than altitude simulation environment warehouses and has gained attention from the racing industry, heavy-duty diesel engines, as well as many car manufacturers and suppliers. The new vehicle design and performance validation require extensive testing, which must be conducted under extreme environmental conditions with strict precision control and repeatability requirements. The altitude simulation system of ETC can meet these requirements as well as the NTE emission regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The altitude control system can be used for the following testing conditions:
Altitude simulation - up to 9000 meters (± 30 meters)
Boosting simulation above atmospheric pressure by 3 psi (± 0.01 psi)
Optional pressure control configuration for handling changes in car following and other engine intake speeds
Precise control of environmental conditions through the use of intake units
Modular components can be easily installed in existing spaces
Easy adaptation - retrofitting existing environmental warehouses or test benches
Repeatable test results

Application of altitude simulation system:
Gasoline engine research and development
Diesel engine research and development
Cold start test
Fuel economy test
Aircraft engine research and development
