EST Company's Technical Background

Mr. Wang Chaofeng, the Director of EST, founded the China office of Imtech Environmental Simulation Testing Technology Company in Germany in 1998 and served as the Chief Representative General Manager.

Mr. Xu Jianchuan, the Chief Engineer of EST, joined Imtech in Germany in 2003 and has been engaged in the installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of imported environmental simulation test warehouses in Germany.

They inherited the environmental simulation testing system technology from Imtech, a German company. Since 2017, EST company has been carrying out the domestic transformation of Imtech environmental simulation test system technology. We have world-class and domestically leading technical experience in environmental simulation testing systems.

After 23 years of working in scientific experimental environment test chamber technology, EST has developed civilian single person movable negative pressure isolation environmental chambers for different purposes based on the special needs of the current situation.

This environmental warehouse is used in airports, high-speed rail stations, docks, customs and other places.

The air pressure inside the small isolation environment chamber should always be lower than the surrounding environmental pressure, even including the instantaneous state of opening and closing the chamber door. The gas in the bin shall be strictly disinfection and sterilization by two levels of ultraviolet light to ensure the safety of surrounding personnel.

After passengers leave the cabin, the inside of the isolation cabin must be thoroughly disinfection and sterilization immediately.

This small isolated environmental compartment can also be equipped with a specially designed temperature regulation system as an option. Create a comfortable environment for temporary personnel in the warehouse.

This small isolated environmental compartment is equipped with a dedicated fresh air system, which means that the fresh air entering the compartment and the polluted air discharged will never mix with each other. Avoid the pollution risk caused by the mixing of exhaust and fresh air. The combination of various primary, intermediate, and high-efficiency filters in the system can ensure the biological cleanliness level of the environmental chamber.

In addition, the location of the small isolation environment warehouse is a public place. The exterior design must be integrated into the local installation environment as much as possible.

This system adopts Siemens' latest generation PLC, S7 as the controller. The PLC with Ethernet interconnection function collects signals from all sensors, drives various subsystems, and completes high-precision automation operation;

There are also emergency alarm buttons and intercom devices installed in the warehouse. Can add: camera, WIFI, etc.
